WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Most countries including Canada, U.S, U.K. I do not ship the European Union countries at this time. If you are concerned about a remote location, I ship to countries that USPS, UPS FedEx, Canada Post Stallion Express. Please do not hesitate to message me if you need specific information.

Every order comes with a tracking number which will allow you to track your own orders once I process them. Processing your order, after you place it online, takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?

I offer local pickup in Toronto, Canada at my monthly markets. You can see my market schedule here: Shop in Person  and note at checkout which location you wish to pick up your item. You can also message me directly on Instagram or via email to inform me of your choice.

DO YOU DO CUSTOMS?

Yes, I love doing custom requests and they take 1-2 weeks to process. Contact me to be added to my customs waitlist!

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

Because earrings go inside of the body, I do not accept returns but I do offer repairs and exchanges depending on your unique situation. Please contact me and I will help you sort it out! 

If you wish to buy a gift and are unsure what your friend or loved one may like, please consider purchasing a gift card instead so they can make their own choice. You can find my gift card options here.

Any information you share on this website, including your email, phone number, address and other contact information, will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is confidential and the only time you will be contacted is if you are an email subscriber, have left an abandoned cart, or have purchased items from my shop. 

 

Meet the artist.

My name is Faiza and I am a mixed media artist, specializing in polymer clay, with an educational background in counselling psychology. I have been working with the clay since 2019 and been selling since 2020. Art however has been a part of my life since I can remember. I love creating unique statement pieces yearning for their forever lobes. Although earrings and trinket dishes are my main offerings, I also love making necklaces, rings, magnets, keychains, wall hangings, paintings and sculptures.
